LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY (WITHIN 15KMS OF Melbourne CBD, 3000)

Please note conditions for local same day delivery:

- Local meaning 15kms from Melbourne CBD
- A delivery fee of $9 applies to all Local Same Day delivery orders.
- Orders must be placed before 3pm for same day delivery.
- Delivery times are 3pm-8pm.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a Pick Up option.

SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide.
Free shipping for orders over $149 Australia-wide.
Orders under $149 incur a standard delivery fee of $10.95 for orders placed in Victoria & $15.45 for orders placed in all other Australian states.

Express shipping available for $34.95.

We currently do not ship Internationally.

STANDARD DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched within 24 hrs of receiving your order.

Delivery times are 3-6 business days from day of dispatch to all states.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer express shipping; orders are dispatched within 12 hours of receiving the order & delivery is typically next business day from dispatch.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING FEES

VICTORIA

Standard shipping - $10.95.

 

OTHER AUSTRALIAN STATES

Standard shipping - $15.45.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, all Happy Hour Cocktails products purchased on the website can not be returned or exchanged; perishable goods such as bottled cocktails, cocktail nibbles and garnishes cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Cocktail glassware & accessories are not subject to refunds, returns, or exchanges either due to food health & safety regulations.

 

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards. EGift cards are not redeemable for cash.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order has arrived with obvious damage on the parcel, do not accept or sign for the delivery. Email us on cheers@happyhourcocktailsco.com immediately and we will send a replacement or issue you with a refund. We will also handle all matters regarding your precious order. Please include your Order No. on your email for smoother correspondence.

 

Once you have accepted and signed for your parcel and it was clearly damaged before you received it, you will not be able to return it.

 

DELAYED REFUNDS

Refunds take upto 5 business days to clear. If 5 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cheers@happyhourcocktailsco.com.
