Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, all Happy Hour Cocktails products purchased on the website can not be returned or exchanged; perishable goods such as bottled cocktails, cocktail nibbles and garnishes cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Cocktail glassware & accessories are not subject to refunds, returns, or exchanges either due to food health & safety regulations.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards. EGift cards are not redeemable for cash.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your order has arrived with obvious damage on the parcel, do not accept or sign for the delivery. Email us on cheers@happyhourcocktailsco.com immediately and we will send a replacement or issue you with a refund. We will also handle all matters regarding your precious order. Please include your Order No. on your email for smoother correspondence.
Once you have accepted and signed for your parcel and it was clearly damaged before you received it, you will not be able to return it.
DELAYED REFUNDS
Refunds take upto 5 business days to clear. If 5 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cheers@happyhourcocktailsco.com.
